The rooms are awesome and very clean, very comfortable bed, the staff are so friendly, special thanks for Ahmad and Sayed. The location is very convenient. The roof cafe and restaurants is very nice. We had an upgrade for free. Every thing is great.

I really love this beautiful and cozy rooftop restaurant in The Merchant House. Besides the delicious food and the gorgeous and elegant design. I came back often for the wonderful and thoughtful service from the staff. From the concierge to restaurant. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and important. They make an effort to call you by name and remember your favorite drink. Bahrain famous for excellence in service. But the staff in this hotel are extremely well trained. They go extra miles to make you feel comfortable at all times. You can feel their service from their heart. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I really appreciate it.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Clean and beautifully designed. The staff were really helpful and kind, especially Ahmed and Abdurahman who were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend.

The Merchant House is a truly exceptional hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff, who made me feel like I was at home. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a blend of modern and traditional Arabian influences, and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the bathroom was amazing with a huge walk-in shower. The hotel has a variety of amenities, including a rooftop pool, a spa, and a gym. There is also a restaurant with stunning views. I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant during my stay, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, and the staff were always happy to make recommendations. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Merchant House. It is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation or a business trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bahrain. I would definitely give The Merchant House 10 stars out of 10. It is a truly exceptional hotel that is sure to exceed your expectations

Wonderfully appointed hotel in great location next to the Souk. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the rooftop terrace super cute with a small pool (more to hang than to swim). Gym equipped with all you need and clean/modern. Staff is super friendly and the food quality is awesome. We had breakfast and dinner here. Great hotel overall.
